We require a 24-hour notice for cancelling, or rescheduling, an appointment. If you are within the 24-hour cancellation window, or you do not show up to your appointment, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for the price of the scheduled service.

The minimum age to receive lash services is 16. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The parent or guardian will need to sign the consent form for the minor. If we are unable to perform the scheduled service due to a parent/guardian not being present at time of appointment, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for the price of the scheduled service.
